Hi, My name is Sam and I am a Year 5 student at Mt Carmel School. I wanted to participate in the Summer Blogging as I was with my mum when Rachel came to talk to her class. I asked my mum if I can join. Finally she agrees and I am very keen to journey through with so many children around New Zealand.

My name is Maxine Vaihu
I am good at doing jobs for teachers.
I want to get better at doing my work more faster.
When I grow up I want to be a teacher.
My friends at school is Salome, Genevieve, Malia, Siniva, Lezabelle, Sione To’a, Szaskia, Desiree, Zheinya, Latanoa, Julia and Dawn.
My favourite subject at school is Spelling.
I would like my parents to help me at home.
Our parents can help us be what God has called us to be when they help us succeed.
My favourite scripture is Acts 28.
